Saanan and Toggenburg goats are hand reared to 16 months.

Goat meat is delicious and with little or not fat, a very healthy meat.

The carcass is small so the best joint is leg of goat.  Thereafter diced goat makes a brilliant stew or curry.  Our goat sausages & burgers are also a great taste with either mint, garlic and rosemary or sweet chilli.  Great for entertaining family and friends and ideal for a BBQ.
