This is your party and we would like you to enjoy a wonderful experience, with just the right number of guests to suit you and your child(ren). Our smallest party has been for just 5 children, our largest was for 38 children!

Adult entry
|
We are keen to support party hosts and therefore offer a 'supervising adult' discounted entry rate of £3/adult up to a ratio of 1 adult:1 child. We don't mind who your adults are - grandparents, uncles & aunts, the next door neighbour - but to ease arrival we do ask you to complete a Name List with all your guest names.
The superverising adult rate is not transferable to your guests - it's just too complicated on the till for staff - so only guests on your Name List and tab can benefit from this discount.
Additional adults are offered the group entry rate for adults. Extra children, not guests at the party but coming to enjoy a farm visit, are also offered group entry rates.

Name List
|
We will provide you with a Name List for adults and children attending the party. We need the completed list by the previous Wednesday for a weekend party, or 3 days prior to a weekday party.
The Name List is for adults and children - and we use it to check guests arriving, to prepare any refreshments ordered and write name labels for the children.

Tab
|
We offer a tab for the duration of the party - to be settled at the end of the party. You may order refreshments, trailer ride tickets, treasure hunt tickets, ice creams etc on your tab.

Trailer Rides
|
£1.25/person (party children's ticket included in the party price) for any adults wishing to enjoy the ride.
|
|
Treasure Hunts
|
£1.25/child. Run by farm staff this game is great fun on the giant Bale Climb. Includes a treat for each child. An optional extra or as an alternative to the Trailer Ride.
Please add an extra 30 minutes to your party time if you wish to do both the trailer ride and the treasure hunt - you really won't have time to do both plus all the other farm activities if your party is only 2 1/2 hours.
Treasure Hunts are age related - so we make it more difficult for older children. It's great fun and all children love this game.

A £30 non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm your booking. Deposits can be made by cheque, cash or card.

Name List
|
For adults and children attending the party - and therefore on your tab. This is confirmation of guests attending and allows for the farm staff to prepare for your special day. It should be returned to the farm by the preceeding Wednesday for weekend parties and 3 days before a weekday party
